The Working Genius assessment, developed by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group, is quickly becoming THE primary assessment for leaders and teams. It helps individuals and teams determine how they work through identifying their areas of passion and productivity and the areas that drain them.
Gather and Leadership Coach Alan Briggs are partnering to give you a taster event. This will help you understand each of the six Working Geniuses and translate your results to your work and your team. Attendees should take the Working Genius assessment (a $25 cost) and come with their results.
